Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) and Institute for Central-Eastern and Balkan Europe (IECOB) have published a Call for participants interested in joining the training program “Young Reporters in Dialogue” which will take place in Italy from September 26 until October 7, 2022.
The training program offers to 12 young participants from the Western Balkans (Albania; Bosnia-Herzegovina; Kosovo; North Macedonia; Serbia; Montenegro) an opportunity to increase their familiarity with contemporary approaches and debates surrounding cooperation and reconciliation matters through lectures, ideas exchange and group work. The macro-themes addressed in the training program are:
- Reconciliation and democratization;
- EU integration;
- Human rights;
- Peace and security;
- Migration and minorities.

For selected participants, there is no enrolment fee. Thanks to the financial support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Italy, all participants will receive free accommodation and board at the University Residential Center of Bertinoro (Forlì-Cesena, Emilia-Romagna) as well as up to 300 euros to cover travel expenses.
