It is therefore recommended to make the registration and booking from a PC.<\/p>\n<p>To make a reservation, the following steps shall be followed:<\/p>\n<p><strong>REGISTRATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Register on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/prenotami.esteri.it\/\">PRENOT@MI<\/a>\u00a0portal by entering:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0PERSONAL DATA: name, surname, place and date of birth;<\/li>\n<li>ACCOUNT: e-mail address (email) and password (check that the email is written correctly);<\/li>\n<li>CONTACTS: home address, status and telephone number;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>ACTIVATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will receive an email with a link to your registered email address.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s another option:<\/p>\n<p>The link shall be clicked to activate the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/prenotami.esteri.it\/\">PRENOT@MI<\/a>\u00a0account.<\/p>\n<p>If the email does not arrive in your \u2018inbox\u2019, we recommend that you also check your SPAM or JUNK MAIL folder.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BOOKING<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To make a reservation, the following steps are to be followed:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to the portal using your credentials (email and password);<\/li>\n<li>Select \u2018Book\u2019 and choose the desired service from those available:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0declaration of value<\/li>\n<li>citizenship<\/li>\n<li>tax code<\/li>\n<li>legalization<\/li>\n<li>notary (special and general powers of attorney)<\/li>\n<li>matrimonial clearance<\/li>\n<li>civil status (transcriptions)<\/li>\n<li>passports and EIC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>on the calendar, you shall move forward through the months until you find the first available day (highlighted in GREEN);<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>choose the desired \u2018time slot\u2019 by clicking on it (e.g. 9:00-11:00 or 11:30-12:00).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Should the message<strong>\u00a0\u2018There are currently no dates available for the requested service\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0appear when booking, this means that all available appointments have already been booked.<\/p>\n<p>Please try again the next day.<\/p>\n<p>For all other services, NOT bookable through this platform, please consult the relevant section:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ambpristina.esteri.it\/it\/servizi-consolari-e-visti\/\">Consular and Visa Services \u2013 Embassy of Italy Pristina<\/a><\/p>\n<p>For more details check in the manual\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/prenotami.esteri.it\/\">PRENOT@MI<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Please note that the booking service is entirely\u00a0<strong>free of charge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"As of\u00a014 February,\u00a0reservations for all Consular Services provided by the Embassy of Italy in Pristina, shall be completed through the Portal\u00a0PRENOT@MI, accessible at available H24 and\u00a0completely free of charge.
