{"id":7099,"date":"2025-07-22T15:46:58","date_gmt":"2025-07-22T13:46:58","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2025-07-23T11:19:57","modified_gmt":"2025-07-23T09:19:57","slug":"bando-balcani-2025-avviso-di-pubblicita-per-contributi-a-soggetti-privati-per-finalita-di-mantenimento-della-pace-e-della-sicurezza-internazionale-e-di-attuazione-di-iniziative-umanitarie-e-di-tutela","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ambpristina.esteri.it\/en\/news\/dall_ambasciata\/2025\/07\/bando-balcani-2025-avviso-di-pubblicita-per-contributi-a-soggetti-privati-per-finalita-di-mantenimento-della-pace-e-della-sicurezza-internazionale-e-di-attuazione-di-iniziative-umanitarie-e-di-tutela\/","title":{"rendered":"BANDO BALCANI 2025: Call for Grants to Private Entities for Peace, International Security, and Human Rights Protection"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (Directorate-General for Europe and International Trade Policy \u2013 DGUE) has published a Call for Proposals (<strong>Bando Balcani<\/strong>) aimed at acquiring, through a public procedure, project proposals seeking funding for initiatives designed to enable Italy\u2019s participation in international peace and security efforts, as well as the implementation of humanitarian initiatives and the protection of human rights, related to the geographical and thematic areas specified in the call.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"694\" data-end=\"938\">This represents a renewal of an innovative form of public-private partnership which, by involving and leveraging the expertise of civil society, contributes to strengthening the credibility and effectiveness of Italy\u2019s foreign policy worldwide.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"940\" data-end=\"1315\">Proposals from <strong>private entities with their registered office in Italy or another European Union country<\/strong> must be submitted exclusively via certified email to <a href=\"mailto:dgue.adriatico-balcani@cert.esteri.it\" data-start=\"1097\" data-end=\"1134\">dgue.adriatico-balcani@cert.esteri.it<\/a>\u00a0 and simultaneously to <a href=\"mailto:bandobalcani@esteri.it\" data-start=\"1157\" data-end=\"1179\">bandobalcani@esteri.it<\/a>. The submission email must include in the subject line the phrase \u201cRIF. Bando Balcani 2025\u201d along with the name of the proposing entity.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1317\" data-end=\"1475\">For entities <strong>registered in non-EU countries<\/strong>, applications must be submitted exclusively through the <strong>territorially competent Italian Diplomatic Representation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1477\" data-end=\"1886\">Specifically, entities registered in <strong>Kosovo<\/strong> must submit their application, complete with <u>all required documents and declarations<\/u>, exclusively in digital format to <a href=\"mailto:ambpris.mail@esteri.it\" data-start=\"1640\" data-end=\"1662\">ambpris.mail@esteri.it<\/a>, indicating in the subject line \u201cRIF. Bando Balcani 2025 &#8211; Name of the proposing entity,\u201d <strong>no later than 12:00 PM (noon) on September 30, 2025<\/strong>, Rome time.
