STATEMENT FROM THE HEADS OF MISSION OF FRANCE, GERMANY, ITALY, THE UNITED KINGDOM, AND THE UNITED STATES ON THE ATTEMPTS TO DISCREDIT OR UNDERMINE THE MISSION OF THE KSC\/SPO<\/p>\n
The Embassies of France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, and the United States call on the Government and Assembly of Kosovo to oppose any attempts to undermine or discredit the mission of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers (KSC) and the Specialist Chambers Prosecution Office (SPO), and to ensure that they can carry out their mission in line with the Constitution. In this context, we commend both the Speaker of the Assembly for forwarding the constitutional amendment proposal of the President to the Constitutional Court of the Specialist Chambers in The Hague, and the Special Prosecution Office of the Republic of Kosovo for respecting the authority of the SPO to investigate the potential illegal disclosure of confidential documents and information, while offering to assist if requested.<\/p>\n

Ambasade Francuske, Nema\u010dke, Italije, Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva i Sjedinjenih Dr\u017eava pozivaju Vladu i Skup\u0161tinu Kosova da se usprotive bilo kakvim poku\u0161ajima podrivanja ili diskreditovanja misije Specijalizovanih ve\u0107a Kosova (SVK) i Specijalizovanog tu\u017eila\u0161tva (STK) i da osiguraju da mogu da izvr\u0161avaju svoju misiju u skladu sa Ustavom.
