Zgjedhjet jan\u00eb nj\u00eb prej komponent\u00ebve themelor\u00eb t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb. Ato jan\u00eb nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr popullin e Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr ta ushtruar t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e tyre demokratike p\u00ebr t\u00eb votuar dhe zgjedhur udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e vet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">BE-ja b\u00ebn thirrje q\u00eb procesi zgjedhor t\u00eb mbahet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb qet\u00eb, transparente dhe gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me standardet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe sundimin e s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs. T\u00eb gjitha partit\u00eb politike dhe udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e tyre duhet t\u00eb sigurojn\u00eb fushat\u00eb respektuese t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendruar n\u00eb programe konkrete n\u00eb interes t\u00eb popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Forcimi i procesit zgjedhor \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore e ciklit zgjedhor dhe me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. BE-ja dhe OSBE-ja bashk\u00ebrisht e kan\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur themelimin e nj\u00eb Komisioni ad hoc t\u00eb Kuvendit dhe t\u00eb nj\u00eb Grupi K\u00ebshill\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebs p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje.
