Rregullorja gjithashtu do t\u00eb ket\u00eb ndikim t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme t\u00eb shumic\u00ebs d\u00ebrrmuese t\u00eb serb\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb marrin pagesa\/ndihma financiare nga Serbia.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Pas nj\u00eb shk\u00ebmbimi p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje me Kryeministrin t\u00eb premten, Quint-i k\u00ebrkon pezullimin e zbatimit t\u00eb rregullores p\u00ebr t\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb t\u00eb mjaftueshme tranzicioni dhe p\u00ebr komunikim t\u00eb qart\u00eb dhe efektiv publik. \u00c7\u00ebshtja duhet t\u00eb diskutohet m\u00eb tej n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Dialogut t\u00eb Leht\u00ebsuar nga BE-ja.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">&#8212;-<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Ambasade Francuske, Nema\u010dke, Italije, Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva i Sjedinjenih Ameri\u010dkih Dr\u017eava napominju da nedavna Uredba Centralne banke Kosova (CBK) o platnom prometu koja ima za cilj da smanji falsifikovan gotov novac, za\u0161titi finansijsku stabilnost, kao i da pove\u0107a transparentnost tokova gotovine na Kosovu ipak izaziva zabrinutost u pogledu uticaja posebno na zajednice sa srpskom ve\u0107inom.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Zabrinuti smo zbog uticaja uredbe, posebno na \u0161kole i bolnice, za koje \u010dini se da za sada ne postoji nijedan odr\u017eiv alternativni proces. Uredba \u0107e tako\u0111e neposredno uticati na svakodnevni \u017eivot ve\u0107ine kosovskih Srba koji primaju novac\/finansijsku pomo\u0107 iz Srbije.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Nakon razgovara o ovom pitanju sa premijerom u petak, Kvinta poziva na odlaganje primene uredbe kako bi se omogu\u0107io dovoljno dug period tranzicije i jasna i efikasna javna komunikacija.
