Italian language courses will restart on 19 February 2026 at the Qendra e Gjuhëve / Language Centre of the University of Pristina. The courses are also open to persons who are not university students. Participants are expected to attend classes regularly and to study consistently at home.
Thanks to the support of the Embassy of Italy in Pristina, the courses are offered free of charge, with only a registration fee of 5 euros per semester. Regular attendance and personal study at home are also required.
The courses last two hours per week and follow this schedule:
- Absolute beginners (pre-A1): schedule to be agreed during the meeting on 25 February
- Beginners with basic knowledge (A1): Monday from 16:30 to 18:30 or Tuesday from 14:00 to 16:00
- Elementary (A2): Tuesday from 16:30 to 18:30
- Advanced (B2 – C1): Thursday from 17:00 to 19:00
For first-time participants, an information meeting will be held on Tuesday, 25 February, from 16:30 to 17:30 at the Qendra e Gjuhëve (University of Pristina, Faculty of Philology building, ground floor, near the mathematics office). During the meeting, the courses will be presented, questions will be answered, and participants’ language levels will be assessed.
Participants who have already attended the courses will receive registration details by email.
Please note: if the number of pre-registrations exceeds the available places, priority will be given to:
- those who attended the courses in previous years;
- those who were on the waiting list last semester;
- those who attend the meeting on 25 February.
