Volontari nel Mondo- RTM NGO (RTM) is looking for an in-country external consultant/company to undertake the finalevaluation of the three-years Project PEDAKOS – Preschool Education Development Alliance for Kosovo AID011860 (1September 2019 – 15 February 2023) funded by Italian Development Agency AICS.
The project has the general objective of supporting sector public institutions and private actors in the implementation of the KESP – Kosovo Education Strategic Plan 2017-2021 as regards the preschool component (0-5 years).
The Evaluation should be carried out in the months of January –February 2023 through a participatory approach including site visits and meetings with project implementing partners, target beneficiaries and other key stakeholders.
Minimum requirements:
– Be currently resident / working in Kosovo
– Have relevant experience in evaluating projects in the field of ECE, particularly in Kosovo.
– Be able to communicate and draft reports effectively in English and Albanian.
