The Italian Embassy in Kosovo promotes and spreads the Italian language and culture throughout the country by offering cultural events, supporting exchanges between universities, publicising and awarding scholarships, and supporting the learning of the Italian language. This is done in synergy with the Italian Cultural Institute of Tirana, which is also responsible for Kosovo, along with other Italian and Kosovo institutions, organisations, and actors.
Many cultural activities are proposed throughout Kosovo, such as during the Week of the Italian Language in the World and the Week of Italian Cuisine, for Design Day and Science Day. Additionally, there are film forums, exhibitions, conferences, and symposium, theatrical, musical, dance, and operatic performances.
