Italian language and culture

The Embassy of Italy in Kosovo promotes and spreads the Italian language and culture throughout the country by offering cultural events, supporting exchanges between universities, supporting the study of the Italian language and providing scholarships for master’s degrees in Italy. This occurs in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute of Tirana, which is also responsible for Kosovo, as well as universities, institutions, organizations, and other Italian and Kosovar entities.

Cultural offer
Numerous cultural events are offered throughout Kosovo, e.g. during the Italian Language Week and the Italian Cuisine Week, on the Italian Design Day and on the Science Day. Film forums, exhibitions, conferences, as well as theater, opera and music performances are offered in cooperation with leading Kosovo’s cultural institutions. For recent updates, you can refer to the institutional website’s homepage, the Facebook, X, and Instagram.
