Services for the Italian citizen

As of 14 February, reservations for all Consular Services provided by the Embassy of Italy in Pristina, shall be completed through the Portal PRENOT@MI, accessible at available H24 and completely free of charge.

Registrations and bookings made from mobile media (mobile phones) may not be successful (software incompatibility). It is therefore recommended to make the registration and booking from a PC.

To make a reservation, the following steps shall be followed:

REGISTRATION

Register on the PRENOT@MI portal by entering:

1.  PERSONAL DATA: name, surname, place and date of birth;
2. ACCOUNT: e-mail address (email) and password (check that the email is written correctly);
3. CONTACTS: home address, status and telephone number;

ACTIVATION

You will receive an email with a link to your registered email address.

The link shall be clicked to activate the PRENOT@MI account.

If the email does not arrive in your ‘inbox’, we recommend that you also check your SPAM or JUNK MAIL folder.

BOOKING

To make a reservation, the following steps are to be followed:

1. Log in to the portal using your credentials (email and password);
2. Select ‘Book’ and choose the desired service from those available:

•  declaration of value
• citizenship
• tax code
• legalization
• notary (special and general powers of attorney)
• matrimonial clearance
• civil status (transcriptions)
• passports and EIC

on the calendar, you shall move forward through the months until you find the first available day (highlighted in GREEN);

1. choose the desired ‘time slot’ by clicking on it (e.g. 9:00-11:00 or 11:30-12:00).

IMPORTANT:

Should the message ‘There are currently no dates available for the requested service’ appear when booking, this means that all available appointments have already been booked.

Please try again the next day.
