Kosovo citizens should submit pre-enrollment applications to this Embassy by 19 July, 2019. For this purpose, interested persons can come at this Embassy every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3:00 pm to 3:45 pm, when they will also be able to receive assistance in preparing the application.
